This song was written about the Frankenstein story. the new victor Frankenstein movie was the first time I was actually exposed to a version of the story. so yeah. this is what I have to say about that.

verse one is about the monster coming to life

the chorus is about Igor's love affair with the girl from the circus.

verse two is about victor and Igor's relationship
